In case you are accepted as a student , you will have to take the following into account:

- Students who are accepted will have to pay a deposit on the tuition fees of € 500 within two weeks from their acceptance date.
- Students who are accepted will be informed directly by email. Guidelines for registration, tuition, visa etc can be found on our special Studielink website http://studielink.designacademy.nl, but will also be attached to the acceptance e-mail. You will receive a confirmation letter of your acceptance and registration within 2 weeks after we have received your tuition fees deposit and registration form. You will need this confirmation letter for application of scholarship, study loans, etc. Please bear in mind that tuition fees must be paid before July 15, 2012.
- Students on the waiting list also have to register in Studielink

We are looking forward to receive your application.

2. register in studielink

Now you are accepted (or when you are on the waitinglist) , it is important that you apply for registration as a student as soon and correctly as possible. Here you will have to continue on designacademy.studielink.nl, where you will connect your registration in Studielink to the course you are accepted to.
You have been accepted to one of the master programs. You will be starting in the first year of the master program; you don't have to click anything to confirm this, as it is set as default within Studielink. Please go through all further steps that Studielink offers you.
Studielink is meant to deal with registration matters easily and online.

Nevertheless, registration via Studielink is necessary. It might mean, however, that data can not be veryfied correctly, meaning you will have to provide student administration with the correct copies and proofs (such as a copy of your registered address according to the 'Gemeentelijk Basis Administratie (GBA)' to be obtained at the town hall, where you are living). Your registration could also be delayed because the payment of your tuition fee has not come through correctly. As this is one of the conditions for registration, it is very important that you make sure it is corrected in time.
It will lead you to the final phase of the tuition fee payment.
Please bear in mind that you will still have to send in your registration form and that for those international students with a visa a copy of your passport with visa will have to be sent in as well - Studielink unfortunately does not offer full service to international students yet. You need a visa when you are a NON-EU citizen.
Deadline for these documents and the tuition fee payment is half July. If you are a visa student you can find all information on the following site: http://www.nuffic.nl/international-students/how-to-prepare

Every step you take within the registration process of Studielink, you will receive an email to confirm. Please make sure that you have sufficient space in your email inbox and that you check it regularly.

3. payment

The registration process is completed only after you have taken care of the tuition fee and academy fund payment. Starting from the coming academic year this will be possible for payments in full and payments in 5 installment, through an authorisation form for payment of tuition fee. However, if you do not (yet) have a Dutch bank account, or do not wish to have one, you will have to take care of payment in time, yourself. Deadline is July 1 2012.

The tuition fee information can be found here; please click the situation that applies to you.

Please check you inbox regularly for messages by either Studielink or the student administration of Design Academy Eindhoven and make sure that you react to them promptly.
